Hello and welcome to my page!  I am currently working as a Primary Care Paramedic full time for the Regional Municipality of Durham and part time for the Regional Municipality of York.  At home I am a Disney dad to two beautiful children and I am also an ever loving husband to my beautiful wife!  I try to post things that are important to me and that I think you will be interested in and will appreciate.

Together with my wife we have started running!  Our initial goal was to increase the level of fitness and health for the both of us!  We chose our first big run to be the #runDisney Wine and Dine Half Marathon at Walt Disney World.  I enjoy sharing my health fitness and running training on all my social media channels.  Being an avid social media user has allowed me to be an ambassador for races and products where I post about my opinion and experiences.  I can give you my personal guarantee I will always be honest in my posts so rest assured you can always trust the opinion I give you.

I am an avid twitter user.  I manage the Twitter and Facebook accounts for The National Paramedic Competition, the Canadian Paramedic Benevolent Society, as well as my daughter gymnastics club Gemini Gymnastics.
